Our Impact

We must embrace the advances in technology to create new innovative solutions that enable access to Healthcare and Health Services to all across the globe.

No Access to Essential Healthcare

Health is a human right and currently, at least 50% of the world’s population do not have access to essential healthcare services (WHO, 2017). Of all regions globally, sub-Saharan Africa has the lowest UHC service coverage index score.

We are working as a global partnership to achieve the third United Nations Sustainable Development Goal of good health and wellbeing for all. Embracing advances in technology to create new, innovative solutions that address major health challenges and ensure the provision of universal access to healthcare services.

Access to healthcare

On average, 58% of the Sub-Saharan African population live in rural areas, with figures as high as 86% in Burundi  The World Bank 2021

Remote Health

Geographical remoteness is one of the main factors that limits access to healthcare. Africa is a vast continent with diverse landscapes, including remote and rural areas where access to healthcare services is limited.

SeeYoo can help achieve universal health coverage, especially for those in rural areas by bringing healthcare services to meet people where they are through the booths, an app and facilitation of community clinics.

Realtime Collaboration

Technology and health information systems are being harnessed to improve healthcare delivery on the African continent (Africa CDC, 2023).

SeeYoo encompasses various forms of digital health technologies (electronic medical records, telemedicine and an app) to connect individuals anywhere to a clinician, with an appropriate time-frame for review.

Secure Patient Data

We take health data security seriously and uphold high ethical standards to maintain trust. As such, we have ensured that the SeeYoo platform is robust enough to protect health data, whilst enabling secure access of health records for clinicians and safe collaboration between appropriate healthcare providers for better coordination of care.

Health Insights

With some of the highest incidences of mortality from infectious and neglected tropical diseases (Hotez PJ, Kamath A., 2009), there is a major demand for more efficient public health strategies on the African continent.

SeeYoo population disease burden trends will enhance disease surveillance for early detection of epidemics and strengthen current intervention and prevention strategies, leading to more effective responses.
